Our operational support systems enable Parkview to maintain superior service
that is punctual, safe and efficient.
Support systems include:
Two way radio communication with all our fleet of vehicles. We own our own radio repeaters, radio mast and in-vehicle radios.
Mobile phones have been installed in vehicles that require private communication with the drivers, such as our charter buses, special education buses and manager’s cars.
Computerized driver records enable our staff to track all pertinent information relating to our drivers such as licence status, training achievements, safety records/awards, TB testing and driving hours.
Our driver records are audited annually by the Driver Examination and Certification Office of the Ministry of Transportation.
Computerized charter tracking and invoicing provides our customers with a current and accurate record of services delivered.
We use a specialized in-house computer payroll program which provides a detailed breakdown of hours worked and off duty time as required by law.
Our systems are fully integrated which allows us the flexibility we need to achieve our primary objective .. to deliver a superior and safe service.
